Airborne Cars at $400,000 from PAL-V
PAL-V, a flying car manufacturing company has officially started the sales of its commercial models: “The Liberty Pioneer” and “Liberty Sport”.
“After years of hard work, beating the technical and qualification challenges, our team succeeded in creating an innovative flying car that complies with existing safety standards, determined by regulatory bodies around the world,” says Robert Dingemanse, CEO of PAL-V.
The new model design has a distinct Italian flair, thanks to the collaboration with leading Italian design agencies. It integrates a unique dual engine propulsion that further increases the safety of the PAL-V Liberty. While driving, the lowered suspension and tilting “cockpit” adds to the sports car feel. A original design approach serves to avoid a number of mutual pilot errors by design, making the PAL-V Liberty very safe and easy to operate.
What are the advantages compare to a conventional airplane or helicopter? Simple, contrary to fixed-wing airplanes, it can’t stall, and cross wind landings are easier and safer; in turbulent air, it still flies smoothly with excellent stability due to its high rotor speed; also, because a gyroplane can fly very slowly, it needs very little space to land, approximately take-off distance ranges from only 300ft to 650ft; it has a stable mechanical; flying this machine does not require anybody to stay behind to guard it at the landing spot and it is much cheaper to own and operate by having significant lower cost of ownership than any other plane or helicopter.
So ready to give it a try? I’m definitely ready. Let’s fly the friendly skies with the new PAL-V Liberty!
