Have you ever questioned what it’s like spending a night in a helicopter? This retired Sea King helicopter has taken on a new life as a host, offering guests luxury exclusive accommodation inside the chopper. The aircraft is fully equipped with a mini kitchen, shower room, and a bed in the tail offers contented and homelike environment, while a pleasant cockpit seating space boasts great views over the countryside of Stirling, Scotland. 
The venture started after the team purchased the retired Sea King at an online auction, it was transported over 500 km by road before being placed permanently at the Picturesque Thornhill campground.
Restoration to original condition was completed with a new signage, lighting and paint work, The interior was converted into a spacious setting that can accommodate up to a family of five, featuring a double, triple, and single bed in the tail.
Bookings are now open for 2017 with prices from £150 (R2700) per night for two adults. Children are priced at £10 (R180) a head per night.
